Whilst patiently waiting for their own whisky to mature, the distilling team at Holyrood Distillery decided to create ‘Flavours for the Curious’  a range of whiskies bottled under the Holyrood Spirit Merchants brand. The team travelled the length and breadth of Scotland and beyond to select a range of whiskies which reflect the goals and ambitions of Holyrood. These whiskies are a preview of the styles they aim to create at the new Distillery in the heart of Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh. Using historical references to visually represent Holyroods Engine Shed and Lost Railway heritage, a strong brand identity was created that celebrates the authenticity and quality of Holyrood’s future whisky.
